Lakeside Hammers cruised through to the Knock-Out Cup semi-finals with a 50-42 win over the Peterborough Panthers. The Essex side headed into their home leg on Friday with a 12-point lead from the previous evening and never looked in danger of losing their advantage. Andreas Jonsson took four wins on his way to a 28-point haul from the two meetings and Adam Shields and Jonas Davidson each took three wins apiece. Hammers will meet either Eastbourne or Wolverhampton in the semi-finals.
