Plymouth Devils completed a Conference League double over Rye House thanks to Friday evening's 56-34 victory at the St Boniface Arena. Former Exeter captain Mark Simmonds top scored on his debut for the Devils, who climbed to second place in the table. They are now one point behind leaders Scunthorpe with a match in hand. Simmonds, who won his first four rides, was beaten only by Danny Halsey in the final race. Tom Brown also got maximum points for Plymouth.
