Wolves are looking to bounce back after two defeats last week |
Wolverhampton rider Niels Kristian Iversen is relishing the prospect of taking on his former team Peterborough on Monday night. The Dane moved across to Monmore Green over the winter, and has no regrets about the decision he made. "I had a good time at Peterborough but the move to Wolves has worked out very well," Iversen said. "I still have a lot of friends there, and they look to have a very good team once again this year." | It would be nice for us to beat my old team, it's important we get back winning meetings | Kenneth Hansen has recovered from a chipped bone in his foot and will return to the Wolves line-up for the Elite League fixture which starts at 1930 BST. Skipper Freddie Lindgren returns from a decent showing at the Slovenian Grand Prix, as does Iversen who now has a victory over his former team-mates in his sights. "It would be nice for us to beat my old team, but above everything else it's important we get back winning meetings after losing last week," Iversen noted. Wolves asset Tai Woffinden will be at Monmore to show off his British under 21 Championship trophy. Woffinden is currently on loan at Rye House.
