Lindgren's 11 points were not enough to break Wolves' away duck

An outstanding performance from Dane Nicolai Klindt could not prevent Wolverhampton from falling to a 50-42 away defeat at Swindon.

Klindt enjoyed three heat victories on his way to 14 points, his highest total since arriving in Britain.

The teenager covered admirably for Kenneth Hansen who was missing from the Wolves line-up after breaking a bone in his foot on Monday.

Freddie Lindgren added 11 points for Wolves, Niels Kristian Iversen with 10.

Leigh Adams was the Robins hero with key wins in heats 13 and 15, both of which Swindon took 5-1.

Adams finished with 14 points for the home side, Troy Batchelor and Mads Korneliussen adding nine apiece.

Wolves return to action on Monday 28 April when Peterborough are the visitors to Monmore Green (1930 BST).
