Stoke Potters will be chasing a place in next year's Elite League following the announcement of changes involving the top two leagues. For the first time, the sport's governing body is to introduce a promotion and relegation system.
Promoter Dave Tattum is hoping that the new-look Stoke team he has assembled for the season, which starts in April, will be in the race for promotion.
Stoke have never ridden at the highest level and this offers a good chance.
