Toseland hopes he has done enough

Isle of Man resident and Tech 3 Yamaha rider James Toseland says he must build on his sixth-placed finish in Sunday's US MotoGP held in Indianapolis.

Toseland said: "I know I can produce results like this but at this level, I have to do it consistently.

"I'm really looking forward to Misano now, it's a track I know very well from World Superbikes."

Jorge Lorenzo won the race, halving the lead of team-mate Valentino Rossi who slid-off and was forced to retire.
