 Gordon Crockard has been hampered by injury in recent seasons |
Gordon Crockard and Martin Barr failed to qualify for the opening round of the world motocross championships at Zolder in Belgium on Sunday. The Newtownards rider suffered machine problems and was out of luck in 33rd position, with the top 30 qualifying.
Ballyclare lad Barr finished in 37th position.
Crockard was making his world debut for the Wulfsport Honda team, managed by fellow Northern Ireland man Roger Magee.
