Northern Ireland riders performed well in Saturday's first practice for the Isle of Man TT races. Dungannon man Ryan Farquhar was fastest in the production 1000 class while last year's double winner Adrian Archibald topped the times in the Junior 600.
Robert Dunlop was quickest in the 125cc class while New Zealander Bruce Anstey was best in the Production 600 class.
The opening night of practice was overshadowed by the death of Frenchman Serge La Moal in a 125cc accident.
The 44-year-old was killed in accident at the Braddan Bridge section of the circuit.
