Ballymoney man Adrian Archibald
Adrian Archibald continued his winning ways at Dundrod

In-form Adrian Archibald claimed a double at Saturday's Dundrod 150 meeting.

This year's double TT winner Archibald held off Ryan Farquhar to win the Lambert & Butler event where New Zealander Bruce Anstey took third.

The Ballymoney man then capped an exciting day's racing by setting a new overall lap record of 128.5mph when taking the closing Superbike race ahead of Ryan Farquhar and Ian Lougher.

Robert Dunlop showed a welcome return to form by edging out Ian Lougher in a tremendous battle to win the Richmond 125cc race.

Dunlop was well off the pace at both the North West 200 and the Isle of Man TT but he came in .16 of a second ahead of Ian Lougher to win the Dundrod race.

Lougher had the consolation of setting a new lap record of over 118 miles per hour in the race.

Burns win

Bruce Anstey held off a challenge from Archibald to win the Regal 600cc event.

Archibald set a new lap record of 121.93 mph during the race but he came in .05 of a second behind the New Zealander.

Anstey and third placed Ian Lougher also bettered the previous lap record.

Darren Burns edged out Ryan Farquhar and Davy Lemon to win the 250/400cc race.

Talented youngster Guy Martin set an event lap record to win the Support race.
