Schumacher has won six F1 titles |
Jaguar driver Mark Webber believes Michael Schumacher will not retain his Formula One world title this season. Webber believes the battle will be between Williams duo Ralf Schumacher and Juan Pablo Montoya and McLaren's Kimi Raikkonen.
"I think we will definitely have a new champion this year," the Australian said as he launched Jaguar's new R5 car at Barcelona's Circuit de Catalunya.
"Michael will be deposed," added Webber, who was 10th overall last year.
"I think Kimi will give it a real shout and either of the Williams drivers will definitely be right up there."
Schumacher won his sixth title - and his fourth in a row - last year but Webber is convinced that the German will not be able to clinch another victory.
"It is going to be a tough year for Michael because the momentum will be with the other two teams even though Ferrari did well in the last two races of last season.
"Michael did a phenomenal job last year to scrape it out of the bottom of the canyon and get the championship."
