Swindon Robins battled back from a 14-point deficit, to record a 47-46 win at Ipswich Witches. The Wiltshire side made a slow start, with Ipswich's Scott Nicholls scoring 14 points. But the Robins pulled back to record a point lead in Heat 13, thanks to sterling work from Mads Korneliussen and Thomas H Jonasson. A tense 3-3 final heat gave them victory and a much needed three points in the Elite League. It was third time lucky for Ronnie Russell's men. In April, both the Robins' trip Foxhall Heath and Ipswich's visit to Wiltshire fell foul of the weather. "Quite clearly it would have been another six points and an altogether different story," said Russell.
