Jerran Hart joins Mildenhall on an average of 8.9

Mildenhall Fen Tigers have named five riders for their 2010 squad, including Suffolk-based Jerran Hart.

The 18-year-old will be a heat leader for the National League side.

Hart told his official website: "I hope we can have a good season with hopefully a couple of trophies thrown in for good measure."

The Fen Tigers have also re-signed Oliver Rayson, Joe Jacobs and Nick Laurence, with Niall Strudwick joining at number eight.

Mildenhall also hope to start talks with club skipper Barrie Evans once they receive permission from his parent club Stoke.

Co-promoter and team manager John Adams told BBC Radio Suffolk: "It would be nice to get the team ready before Christmas and I'm pretty certain that will happen.

"It keeps the fans interested as well.

"They can go into their holidays knowing we've got a pretty good team and with the other signings we've got in mind it will be a very good team."
