Stoke Potters were thrashed 58-34 by Birmingham Brummies in the Premier League at Perry Barr on Wednesday. Birmingham's victory sees them go above the Potters to second in the table, with Stoke dropping to fourth. "I can only describe the performance as woeful, because apart from Lee Complin and Lee Smart we were shocking," said Stoke promoter Dave Tattum. Stoke have the chance to gain quick revenge when they host Birmingham this Saturday (4 July) at Loomer Road.
