Mark Lunney won five races at Mondello Park

Coleraine rider Mark Johnston secured two Irish Superbike wins at the latest round of the series at Mondello Park.

Gerard Kinghan also took a Superbike win while Carrickfergus teenager Glenn Irwin claimed two Supersport victories, with Declan Swanton winning the other.

Mark Lunney sealed a hat-trick of 125cc wins to continue his domination of that class and the Belfast rider was also a double winner in the 250cc events.

Thomas Lawlor won the first of the 250cc races after Lunney broke down.

Johnston took his first Superbike win on Saturday, coming home ahead of James Dickson, Richard Rea, David Haire, Gerard Kinghan and Denver Robb.

Kinghan won race two, which was held on Sunday, beating Dickson by 0.1 seconds, with Kirk Jamison third and Johnston sixth.

Johnston then completed his Superbike double, seeing off runner-up Dickson, with Kinghan third and Rea fourth.

Swanton won Saturday's Supersport opener, followed by Irwin and Lunney but Irwin won the second outing from Swanton and Lunney.

Swanton was again second behind Irwin in the final race.

Ronan Shanahan took two second-place finishes in the 250cc class, with David Craig runner-up in the other.
