Damian Cole finished eighth at Swansea Bay

Damian Cole has dramatically increased his lead in the Welsh National Rally Championship after his fourth win in a row at the Swansea Bay National event.

Cole finished eighth in the full rally with four of the six stages counting towards the Welsh National title.

"I think it was important to take up the challenge," Cole told BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"Rallies like this are very demanding and a top ten finish is a good result," he added.
