Sophie Gustafson stretched her lead to five shots after a third-round 63 at the Austrian Open at Fohrenwald-Wiener.
Australia's Anne-Marie Knight is five shots behind the Swede on 11 under, while English pair Laura Davies and Lisa Hall are both 10 under.
Davies, who is now almost certain to top the Order of Merit for a record seventh time, had four birdies and an eagle in a blistering 66.
Hall, chasing her second European win, hit six birdies and two bogeys in a 68.
Gustafson, a five-time Solheim Cup player, is seeking a 12th European Tour title.
The 32-year-old has not won on the Tour since 2003 when she won twice in Ireland and once in Sweden and topped the Order of Merit.
