Rotherham United have completed the signing of Marcus Marshall on a permanent basis. The 20-year-old made 22 appearances for the Millers last season during a loan spell from Blackburn Rovers. Marshall told BBC Radio Sheffield: "It's been ongoing for about a week. I had my medical on Monday and have signed today. "Hopefully I can earn my shirt. The top three is achievable next season if we all put our heads down."
