Asamoah Gyan tells BBC World Service that Ghana's loss on penalties was 'hard luck' - and that he has put his last-minute spot-kick disaster behind him.

The Stade Rennais striker revealed he has watched back their quarter-final clash with Uruguay three times.

"You can see it was hard luck we didn't have a better day. It's think it's one of those things," he said.

"I'm mentally strong. I'm somebody who forgets about things so easily. Football is ups and downs."
