Muntari scored Ghana's first goal |
Ghana beat Jamaica 4-1 in a friendly at Leicester, with strikes from Sulley Muntari, Stephen Appiah, Matthew Amoah and an own goal from Damien Stewart. Charlton's Jason Euell got one back for Jamaica in the second half, but Ghana were good value for their victory.
Coach Ratomir Dujkovic said: "We are getting better each game and by the time of the World Cup we will be ready to beat any team."
Ghana are in Group E in Germany with the Czech Republic, the USA and Italy.
Dujkovic added: "Every match is important and with the World Cup so close it is important to get the sharpness in the team.
"I'm 80% sure of the players who I want for the first game against Italy (on 12 June)."
