World Cup finalists Ghana held Turkey to a 1-1 draw in a pre-World Cup friendly in the German town of Bochum on Friday. The 2002 World Cup semi-finalists took the lead after 17 minutes thanks to a strike by their Spain-based midfielder Nihat Kahveci.
The Black Stars rallied and grabbed the equaliser through Borussia Dortmund striker Matthew Amoah on the hour mark.
