Ghana have arrived in Germany for the World Cup, the fourth of the 32 finalists to do so.

The Black Stars had been training at Klagenfurt in Austria before arriving on Thursday.

And they are enjoying their status as underdogs in a group which includes Italy, the Czech Republic and the United States.

"We have nothing to lose at the World Cup," said Roma defender Samuel Kuffour.

Kuffuor has plenty of experience of Germany having previously played at Bayern Munich.

"It is our first finals and we are hoping to make the second round."

The four-time Africa champions will face Turkey in Bochum on Friday in a warm-up match.

The Ghanaians kick off their Group E campaign against Italy in Hanover on 12 June, followed by a game against the Czech Republic on 17 June and the United States in Nuremburg on 22 June.
