 Huth will discover the extent of his injury in Switzerland |
Germany defender Robert Huth suffered an injury scare in the World Cup hosts' 7-0 win over Luxembourg. The Chelsea centre-back twisted an ankle and was replaced by Per Mertesacker at half-time.
Coach Jurgen Klinsmann said Huth would undergo an examination at Germany's pre-World Cup base in Switzerland to determine the extent of the damage.
Germany skipper Michael Ballack also has an ankle injury that forced him to miss the warm-up match with Luxembourg.
