Southern Division Charlton Athletic pulled off a fourth-round FA Women's Cup shock with a penalty shoot-out win over Premier League Reading.
The Addicks were reduced to 10 players after Pam Roberts was sent off five minutes before half-time.
With the tie finishing 2-2 after extra time, the 2005 Cup winners edged through 5-4 on spot-kicks.
Kate Longhurst scored twice as Millwall Lionesses beat Blackburn Rovers 3-0 to move into the fifth round.
Barnet also went through, winning 1-0 at Northern Division Leeds City Vixens.
Nottingham Forest's tie against Watford, Derby's meeting with Sunderland and West Ham's game against Colchester were all postponed because of waterlogged pitches.

Charlton belied their shot-shy reputation by taking a two-goal lead, Jenny Newman hitting the first after only seven minutes before then setting up the second for Francesca Ali seven minutes before the interval.
But the game turned when Roberts was sent off for handling the ball on her own goal-line.
Mikaela Howell slid home the resulting penalty and then Stacey Wiggins headed a 62nd-minute equaliser.
Despite the Premier League's second-placed side pressing for a winner, the Addicks held firm and then kept their nerve to win the shoot-out.
Blackburn Rovers 0-3 Millwall Lionesses
The Lionesses bossed the game throughout to record a clear-cut victory.
The 1991 and 1998 winners went ahead after only six minutes through Longhurst, who then doubled the lead six minutes into the second half.
Emma Beckett wrapped up victory with the final goal 13 minutes from time.
Leeds City Vixens 0-1 Barnet
The Vixens gave the Bees a tough time but the top flight team edged into the next round through a Stacey Sowden goal.
Already through to the final of the Premier League Cup, Barnet kept their trophy hunt going on two fronts thanks to Sowden's 70th-minute winner.
