Plymouth Argyle Ladies edged to victory against Cornish rivals Newquay in the South West Combination League.
The Pilgrims took the lead early through defender Hayley Stroud but Newquay came back in the second half to equalise through Danni Salt.
The two sides remained level after extra time, forcing the local derby to penalties.
Goalkeeper Michaela Phillips held her nerve to made a great save, letting Argyle secure a 7-6 lead.
