Lauren Christian scored the goal for Corinthians in their defeat
Douglas Royal and Rushen United will contest the 2009 Isle of Man Sure Mobile Flood-lit Cup Final.
In the first of Sunday's semi-finals Royal eventually saw off cup holders Corinthians 6-5 on penalties.
Lauren Christian gave Corinthians an early lead but Kym Hicklin scored for the Whites before half-time to make it 1-1 and force extra-time and penalties.
In the second semi-final Rushen beat Laxey 6-1, with Donna Harrison scoring four goals.
Hannah Griffiths and Eleanor Gawne also on target for the southerners.
The Miners' consolation came courtesy of a Kerry Lockwood free-kick.
