Striker Roberts has been called up to three different England squads

Plymouth Argyle ladies striker and Duchy College student Chloe Roberts has been called up to train with the England under-23 and under-20 squads.

The 18-year-old has also been selected to train with the England Colleges team alongside Duchy College and Argyle teammate and right-back Nicky Lake.

Lake will lead the college side while Roberts is the vice-captain.

"It has been a pleasure working with such talented footballers," said their coach Gary Jeffreys.

Jeffreys added that both girls want to continue their footballing careers after they finish their studies in Cornwall.

"In the future the girls both have their sights on universities in the United States where there are top facilities for future football professionals."
