Arsenal stormed into the Uefa Women's Cup quarter-finals with a 7-0 win over Austrian side SV Neulengbach in their Round Two tournament at St Albans. The holders' second win in the four-team group guaranteed them a place in the last eight alongside Bardolino Verona, who beat Alma KTZH 5-1.
Everton have only a slim chance of qualifying after a 2-1 defeat by twice-winners FFC Frankfurt.
The Toffees went down to a stoppage-time winner in Belgium.
Uefa Women's Cup Round Two
Arsenal 7-0 SV Neulengbach
A 30 yard screamer from Wales midfielder Jayne Ludlow gave Arsenal the lead after only nine minutes.
The Austrians fought their way back into contention but they were then overwhelmed in a spell of four goals in nine minutes. Julie Fleeting's 28th-minute header was followed by a second goal for Ludlow before Karen Carney's lob and a Fleeting close-range shot put the result beyond doubt.
The Gunners eased off after the break but added further goals from Katie Chapman and Ciara Grant.
A draw with Italian side Bardolino Verona in their final tournament match at Borehamwood on Tuesday will give Arsenal top spot in Round Two's Group B1.
That would set them up for a quarter-final against the runners-up of Group B4, which includes powerful Scandinavian teams Brndby and Kolbotn.
FFC Frankfurt 2-1 Everton
Everton had a great start as England midfielder Fara Williams shot them in front after only three minutes.
But Germany's World Cup winning captain Birgit Prinz levelled the scores just before the half-hour.
And just as it seemed the Toffees would claim a point to boost their hopes of quarter-final qualification, Connie Pohlers hit the winner two minutes into stoppage time.
Everton's final group game is on Tuesday against Icelandic team Valur Reykjavik, who in their second match of the tournament won 4-0 against host side Rapide Wezemaal.
That means Everton have to win by at least three goals and Frankfurt must beat Wezemaal for the Merseysiders to go through to the last eight.
