Evans spent nine years between the posts for Scunthorpe |
York City have signed former Scunthorpe goalkeeper Tom Evans following a successful trial spell at the club. The 29-year-old had been on trial with the Minstermen for several weeks and impressed manager Billy McEwan.
Evans told the club's website: "I'm very pleased to have signed for York and have already had some positive comments from supporters."
The shotstopper was released by the Iron in May after a nine-year spell at Glanford Park.
