Wycombe Wanderers centre-back Leon Johnson will have surgery next week to cure a hip problem he suffered in the FA Cup tie with Brighton on 7 November.
The 28-year-old has missed the last four games, and will face a further spell on the sidelines.
Meanwhile, Chairboys midfielder Lewis Montrose has had knee surgery following a cartilage problem and is likely to be out for around five weeks.
Matt Bloomfield and Chris Westwood are nearing full fitness for Wanderers.
