Bloomfield has made 177 appearances for the Chairboys

Midfielder Matt Bloomfield has agreed a new two-year deal with League Two side Wycombe Wanderers.

The 24-year-old signed from Ipswich Town in 2003 and is Wycombe's longest-serving player.

"I'm happy to have signed and to get my future sorted so now I can concentrate on getting fit without worrying about contracts," he told the club's website.

"I never wanted to leave, I never asked for anything unreasonable and I just want to get it sorted."
