Wycombe recruit defender Williams
Tom Williams
Williams was released by Swansea in the summer
Wycombe Wanderers have recruited ex-Swansea defender Tom Williams, 27, on a two-year deal.

The left-sided Cyprus international, who can also play in midfield, was released by the Swans this summer.

"We've been trying to get him all summer, he's a terrific player who has played a lot of games at a higher level," said Wycombe boss Paul Lambert.

Carshalton-born Williams, whose one cap came in 2006, is Lambert's 10th and final signing of the summer.
