Mangan started his career as a trainee at Blackpool

Wrexham have completed the signing of striker Andy Mangan from Blue Square Premier rivals Forest Green for an undisclosed fee.

Mangan joined Rovers in July 2008 and scored 26 league goals last season.

But the 23-year-old was banned from playing for five months this season for betting on a match involving his team at the time, Bury.

"I'm delighted that this has finally been settled and now I can't wait to get back to playing football," he said.
