Striker John Newby has signed another extension with Wrexham and will stay on as cover at the club for a third month. The former Liverpool trainee, 27, was released by Bury and joined Wrexham on non-contract forms in August.
With the Dragons' threadbare squad stretched thin by a series of injuries, manager Denis Snith was pleased to retain Newby for another month.
The player is still seeking a permanent club deal, but is pleased with the chance to keep up his match fitness.
