Midfielder Bennett joins the Dragons on a two year deal |
Wrexham have signed Kidderminster Harriers midfielder Dean Bennett on a two-year contract. The 26-year-old began his professional career at West Bromwich Albion under current Wrexham boss Denis Smith.
Bennett has played nearly 200 league games for the Harriers and scored seven goals for them in all competitions last season.
Wrexham are still in the market for a goalkeeper as they need cover for veteran stopper Andy Dibble.
The Dragons have also announced a link with Liverpool that will see the Merseyside giants play their reserve team games at Wrexham's Racecourse Ground.
