Wolves manager Mick McCarthy is taking the positives out of winger Michael Kightly's season-ending injury.
Kightly has been ruled out of Wolves' remaining six matches with a broken metatarsal in his left foot.
But McCarthy told BBC WM: "He'll now have a procedure on his hip, which he was going to have done in the summer, and he'll then be fighting fit.
"Jarvo (Matt Jarvis) is coming back and so I'm looking on the positive side and we've got players that can play there."
Jarvis, new loan signing Marlon Harewood, and Kyel Reid are all challenging to replace Kightly for the top-of-the-table Championship match at Birmingham City on Monday.
