Jody Craddock is battling his way back from a metatarsal injury
Wolves beat Hungarian side Ujpest 2-0 in a friendly at Molineux while testing out a number of fringe players.
On-loan midfielder Kyel Reid saw a 25-yard drive saved before setting up both goals with first-half free-kicks.
His first broke kindly for centre-back Jason Shackell to drill in through a crowded box and Chris Iwelumo nodded in after a second free-kick hit the post.
Defender Jody Craddock played the full game as he continued his comeback from a metatarsal injury.
Iwelumo and fellow striker Sam Vokes played the first half to sharpen them up for Saturday's FA Cup fourth round tie at home to Premier League strugglers Middlesbrough.
Stephen Gleeson was also involved for the whole match.
The 20-year-old Irishman is back at Molineux after spending the first half of the season on loan with Stockport County.
Meanwhile Wolves are to take one of the Ujpest players in action against them in midweek on loan for the rest of the season.
Krisztian Simon, 17, a right-sided midfielder, was one of four players from the club to have spent a week with Wolves in December.
And he is now set to turn out for the Development and Academy sides at Compton.
