Wolves winger Michael Kightly is keen to re-ignite their Championship play-off hopes by returning to action against Ipswich on Saturday.
Kightly has missed most of this season with an ankle injury, but he told BBC WM: "It'll be nice to be involved, I've missed a lot of football this season."
"Maybe a substitute appearance will ease me back, but if the gaffer wants me to start I'll be buzzing to do that.
Kightly has made only 17 league appearances for Wolves this season.
Wolves manager Mick McCarthy said: "Kightly's back in the squad along with Stephen Ward. We all want Kights back involved, that's for sure."
"He's fit, he's injury free; like anyone who's been out for so long, he's bound to be a bit rusty. But it's still good to have him back on the training ground and he's looking okay," he added.
