Woking defender Tom Hutchinson is hoping to play a part in the remainder of the Cards' season.
The 27-year-old has been sidelined since November with knee, groin and hip problems and has undergone several bouts of surgery.
Hutchinson told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "I hope to get maybe a couple of games on the bench at least.
"I want to play. It's a hard situation for the club to be in and I want to help, but only if I'm fit and ready."
With relegation-battling Woking playing four games in the space of seven days, starting with a tough home game to promotion hopefuls Cambridge, Hutchinson hopes to start climbing the table.
"It would be nice to start with a win on Monday night and then gain some momentum from that.
"Touch wood, we'll get a good result on Monday and go on from there," he said.
