Milton Keynes Dons manager Paul Ince has been named as League Two's manager of the month for December. The table-topping Dons won five of their six league games - including an impressive 5-0 defeat of Accrington.
Ince has impressed as boss since moving from Macclesfield during the summer, and previously won the League Two managerial prize for October.
The other contenders for the award were Morecambe's Sammy McIlroy, Rochdale's Keith Hill and Wycombe's Paul Lambert.
