Swansea manager Roberto Martinez has been named as League One's manager of the month for December. Martinez, who won the same award in October, guided his side to victory in all four league games during December.
A highlight was the 3-2 win over Leeds on 29 December, while they also beat non-league Horsham in the FA Cup.
The other contenders for the managerial award were Doncaster boss Sean O'Driscoll, Walsall manager Richard Money and Yeovil's Russell Slade.
