Weymouth have appointed Jason Tindall as player/manager and have taken all of their first-team players off the transfer list. The Terras last week made the entire first team available for transfer and sacked manager Garry Hill and assistant Kevin Hales to reduce costs.
But chairman Martyn Harrison said: "We have now reduced our costs.
"I am providing the necessary funding to see us successfully through to the end of this season."
The reconstruction of the management team also sees Roy O'Brien appointed to the position of player/coach.
Harrison added: "The management team will have the necessary resources made available to them to succeed and they will be working hard with the team to ensure we stay in the Conference.
"I want the club to have a proper future, and I hope this demonstrates to all my complete commitment to the Terras.
"These funds come from myself, not my company and with no strings attached.
"To safeguard the long-term future, a Supporters Trust Committee will be formed and will be tasked with raising funds locally. These funds will be placed in Trust for the future benefit of the club."
