Mowbray knows he must sneak some unlikely points against the top four
West Brom boss Tony Mowbray insists his side can take points off the Premier League's leading clubs, despite slipping to the foot of the table.
The Baggies have already lost at Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool and host Chelsea on Saturday.
"On paper it doesn't get any easier but it's good for us, it will be all the big four we've played," Mowbray told BBC WM.
"The plan is to stay in this division and have another go next year."
West Brom are without a win in five matches, a run that has seen them fall from mid-table to 20th in the Premier League but Mowbray is far from disheartened.
"The performance of the team has been pretty good and we generally felt we deserved to win last week against Blackburn but we didn't.
"We conceded a very sloppy goal in the 89th minute," he added.
"Every game I would suggest we've been very competitive. For an hour I thought we were pretty good in the 4-0 defeat at Manchester United, that's what those teams will do to you."
