West Brom have completed the 3m signing of Aston Villa striker Luke Moore on a three-year deal.
The 22-year-old had been on loan at The Hawthorns since February and made 10 appearances as the Baggies clinched the Championship title.
Albion have a further year's option on the deal, while performance-related clauses may see the fee rise to 3.5m.
The England Under-21 international made his senior Villa debut in February 2004 and scored 15 goals in 98 appearances.
Moore, a product of Villa's youth system, was a prolific scorer for the academy and reserve teams and was a member of the FA Youth Cup-winning side in 2002.
His most successful season to date came during the 2005-06 campaign when he scored eight goals in 16 Premier League starts, including a hat-trick against Middlesbrough in February 2006.
He scored twice in the first eight games of last season before being struck down by a shoulder injury which required surgery in America and ruled him out of action for six months.
