Watford have named Joe McBride as their new youth coach, a role he held at Celtic for 10 years.
He left the Scottish club in 2008 to become Willie McStay's first-team coach at Hungarian side Ujpest FC.
The former Rotherham winger told the club's official website: "Watford is a club where the youngsters know if they do well they will get a chance.
"I think it's really important for clubs to be able to produce players who can come into the first 11."
