Championship strugglers Watford have named Jimmy Russo as their new executive chairman.
Graham Simpson quit the role last year, following a vote of no confidence from Russo and his brother Vince - the new executive vice-chairman.
Andy Wilson had been acting as interim chairman until his resignation from the board last week.
Russo told the club website: "I am grateful to the fans who have stayed patient in uncertain times."
