Hoyte has started one Premier League game for the Gunners
Watford have signed teenage Arsenal defender Gavin Hoyte on loan for the rest of the season.
The 18-year-old, who can play at both full-back and centre-half, will be available to play for the Hornets in Saturday's FA Cup tie with Scunthorpe.
Hoyte is the younger brother of Middlesbrough defender Justin and has played in all three of Arsenal's Carling Cup ties this season.
He recently signed a new long-term contract with the Gunners.
Watford have also extended the loan of Chelsea midfielder Liam Bridcutt until the end of January, while striker Steve Kabba, 27, has returned to Vicarage Road after Blackpool terminated his loan spell.
He scored two goals in 17 appearances during his stay at Bloomfield Road.
