Watford have completed the signing of River Plate midfielder Santiago Aloi on a one-year loan deal. The Vicarage Road club will have the option to purchase the 20-year-old at the end of his temporary spell with the Championship outfit.
Aloi is from Cordoba, Argentina's greatest breeding ground for producing professional footballers.
He was spotted by two of Watford's scouts when they travelled to his homeland in May.
