Walsall have signed forward Reuben Reid on a five-month loan deal from neighbours West Bromwich Albion.
The 22-year-old has failed to hold down a first-team place at The Hawthorns having moved from Rotherham in 2009.
Walsall manager Chris Hutchings told the club's website: "We are delighted to have Reuben on board as he's a young and hungry player.
"He had an excellent spell at Rotherham the season before last and he can play out wide or through the middle."
Reid enjoyed a prolific campaign in League Two with the Millers having scored 18 league goals in 41 appearances.
He also enjoyed a loan spell at Peterborough for the final five months of last season, making 13 league appearances.
