Walsall have announced reduced prices for season tickets that are purchased during the month of March.

After freezing prices for the last two seasons, the Saddlers have lowered the cost of their Early Bird season tickets because of the credit crunch.

"In the current financial climate we feel the best course of action is to lower the price," said Walsall's chief executive Roy Whalley.

"A season ticket holder will receive the equivalent of seven free games."

The Early Bird season ticket offer will run from 2-31 March, and includes free entrance to the club's first home cup game of the 2009/10 season.
