AFC Wimbledon sign Ryan Jackson on full-time contract
AFC Wimbledon right-back Ryan Jackson has signed a full-time contract with the Blue Square Premier club.
The 19-year-old was man of the match in the 1-0 defeat by Tamworth on Tuesday.
Dons manager Terry Brown told the club website: "It is always a real pleasure to sign a player where the club has played a major part in his development.
"Ryan is our first signing for the 2010-11 season. It is nice to have another example of the club's youth policy bearing fruit."
Brown added: "Ryan has worked under Marcus Gayle this year and comes highly recommended into the first-team squad.
"We are looking to strengthen the squad with young, hungry and ambitious players and Ryan is a perfect example of this."
